How does it work?
Rapid Transformational Therapy® is a type of healing hypnosis. It is a relaxed state of mind where you focus your attention inwards. It is a confidential, safe, and proven method to understand the core of the issue whilst resolving it at the same time within one of the first sessions. The session takes up to 2hr and you are in full control of your body and mind. You hear everything and can recall the whole conversation. The session is structured in a few stages, where Maggie skilfully moves you from one section to another. Our subconscious mind represents 95% of who we are, where our habits, various behaviours, emotions, memory, beliefs and values are stored. Your conscious mind (the logical mind) represents 5% of who you are, and it is very limited. To effectively facilitate a change you need to use the correct tools otherwise the technique won’t work. RTT provides long-lasting change, it is safe, enjoyable and proven by 35 years of experience and now backed up by quantum science and epigenetics.

What is Therapy Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is simply calming down your nervous system. It is a natural and relaxed state of mind that we go ”in and out” many times during every day, without realising it. Who controls the session?

The program requires you to complete activities after each session.
Why do I need an audio recording?
The audio recording is a valuable resource necessary to ensure that the positive change will happen because our brains learn by repetition. The science and neuro research has proven that each time you repeat certain activities, the neurons in your brain fire up and wire together – basically the more you do it, the stronger they become. Rewiring the neurons by certain numbers creates a habit. It is common sense, the more you run, the more you enjoy it, the better you feel, the better results you get. Our brain works exactly in the same way, therefore a personalised audio recording will be provided to you.
You are required to listen to the recording once or twice a day for at least 21 days.
