What Is RTT?

The official name Rapid Transformational Therapy® is a form of therapy using hypnosis, which is a relaxed, comfortable and focused state of mind (similar to deep meditation), that directly connects with your powerful, resourceful subconscious mind. Hypnosis enhances positive change and facilitates the ability to create good positive habits in your life much faster than any other traditional form of therapy. Hypnosis has been scientifically proven. For decades hypnosis has been successfully used in letting go of the past, fighting various addictions, negative harmful emotions, enhancing athletic performance, breaking limiting beliefs, mental blocks, bad habits and creating new, sustainable positive habits moving you closer to your personal and professional success.

What is Hypnosis?

RTT hypnosis is not putting you to sleep, nor being able to remember what happened during the session.  Hypnosis is calming your nervous system down. It is a natural and pleasant relaxed state of mind that we go in to and out off many times during every day, even without realising it. It is like drifting away when we think about something, submerging ourselves with thoughts yet at the same time forgetting about our surroundings.

Am I in control during the session?

During the session, you are aware of all your actions and in control of your behaviours. You will remember the whole session and the conversation.

Why hypnosis works?

Hypnosis works because it accesses stored information within your memory bank called the subconscious mind. This information is difficult to obtain when being in a conscious state. During the session, we will find the root cause of the presenting problem and focus your attention directly on the solution and positive steps going forward.

If you can’t solve your problems on your own, there is most likely something which is blocking you or holding you back. During the session, you will access this important information easily and you will be able to use it to your advantage.

Are the results guaranteed?

The results depend exclusively on each client and the presented issue. In general one to three sessions will deliver a positive shift, however, no professional will guarantee results. Most of my client’s testimonials state that this method is powerful, effective and they wish they had known about it sooner. It will also require you to ensure you complete the required activities after each session.

Why do I need an audio recording?

The audio recording is necessary to ensure that the positive change will happen because we learn by repetition.

The science and research has proven that each time you repeat certain activities, the neurons in your brain fire up and wire together – basically the more you do it, the stronger they become. Rewiring the neurons by certain numbers creates a habit. It is common sense, the more you run, the more you enjoy it, the better you feel, the better results you get.

Our brain works exactly the same way, therefore to ensure you receive the desired results, a personalised audio recording will be provided to you.
Every single client enjoys listening to the recording and will listen once a day for at least 21 days.

Why do I need to apply to work with you?

It is important that we get to know each other prior to the session to ensure we are a good fit and able to create a rapport. You must be willing and ready for the positive changes in your life. Your commitment will reflect your success.
