Therapy Hypnosis, How?
Hypnosis is the most effective when you are in a deeply relaxed state, focusing fully your attention inward. RTT therapy is dynamic, fast and super effective designed to uncover the root of your issue. You will understand it and this information automatically will set you free from any self – destructing patterns, habits and create a new positive and powerful message into your subconscious mind. This is one of the quickest methods to create positive, long-lasting change in your life. The majority of my clients require just one session but depending on the situation some, two or three.

What is Therapy Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is calming your nervous system down. It is a natural and relaxed state of mind that we go in to and out off many times during every day, without realising it. It is like drifting away when we think about something, submerging ourselves with thoughts yet at the same time forgetting about our surroundings.
Who is in control?
During the session, you are aware of all your actions, you remember the whole session and you are in control of your actions.
Why does it work?
Hypnosis works because it accesses stored information within your memory bank called the subconscious mind. This information is difficult to obtain when being in a conscious state. During the session, we find the root cause of the presenting problem and focus your attention directly on the solution.
Are the results guaranteed?
The results depend exclusively on each client. I facilitate the change, the client puts the commitment. In general one to three sessions deliver a positive shift. Most of my client’s testimonials state that this method is effective, powerful and they always feel amazing after the session. The program requires you to complete the required activities after each session.
Why do I need an audio recording?
The audio recording is necessary to ensure that the positive change will happen because we learn by repetition. The science and neuro research has proven that each time you repeat certain activities, the neurons in your brain fire up and wire together – basically the more you do it, the stronger they become. Rewiring the neurons by certain numbers creates a habit. It is common sense, the more you run, the more you enjoy it, the better you feel, the better results you get.
Our brain works exactly the same way, therefore a personalised audio recording will be provided to you.
You are required to listen to the recording once or twice a day for at least 21 days.
