Over the past two decades I focused solely on my professional career in accountancy and finance, which I am very grateful for and proud of. I worked and studied in Vienna (Austria) as well as London (UK), where I continued with my professional development as a charted accountant specialising in real estate. I speak 3 languages.
I am honest, sincere and interested in people and life.
Since I am able to remember, psychology was my hobby, more specifically a deep interest in the human mind and behaviour.
I created a balanced, fulfilling, flexible work- life environment, where I can do what I am good at, and do what I love the most!
With Passion, I have created my coaching business to assist others get the best of what they can get for themselves and their lives. Very often overload of information, or lack of it, can create confusion, lack of focus or stress and that’s the exact point when you may need a life Coach.
My strengths are to connect with others, adapt quickly, being curious about human potential, life and continuously searching for true happiness, fulfilment, success and creativity. It is important to unleash our potential, because then you life becomes really interesting. Everyone was born with potential, and it is a waste of an opportunity if we don’t tap into and access it. As a life coach I help you do just that.
I love working with people and supporting them on their journey. I have intuition, which supports me all the way, and through active listening, I can see the missing pieces, ignored details and the larger picture.
My life is constantly evolving. I adapt to new life experiences, situations and challenges, brought to me each day. I embrace the change and I support my clients to do the same.
My true passion and joy is supporting others achieving their goals, reaching the next level, helping them to overcome life’s obstacles and creating sustainable positive change. As Ralph W. Emerson said:
“Life is a Journey, not a Destination”
and that’s exactly how I see it. I know for a fact there becomes a time where it is good to hear it again and again!
It does not matter ‘where’ you are right now, it matters ‘what’ will you do next? Life coaching is for the winners.

My passion is to effectively help others. I am an accredited Transformational Coach®, Rapid Transformational Therapist® and Licensed Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming®. I am also a Chartered Certified Accountant.
More About Me
Over the last few years, “Neuroscience” has been a fascinating topic for me. We know for a fact that our “brains” are flexible and are continuously shaped by our thoughts, feelings and life experiences. Therefore what we believe in, feel, experience and think, has a massive impact on us, even if we don’t realise it. That’s why I like to use hypnosis, one of the easiest, quickest and most effective ways to create positive change. It is a relaxed, focused state of mind, scientifically proven form of natural therapy, because it quickly enhances our ability to create positive, long lasting change.
I am a huge advocate of focusing on ‘what works’, and forgetting everything else. Life is too beautiful to focus on negatives, pain and disappointment and as a result not being able to fully enjoy and experience it!
Additionally, I am interested in quantum science, nutritional science and biohacking. A healthy lifestyle, with the right level of nutrition and exercise, all have an impact on our mood, performance, productivity and wellbeing, and therefore should be important element in our lives. I am always excited reading about it. I test various theories and trying new innovative ways to ensure that my body stays optimized and healthy. I am on a plant based diet enjoying the earths goodness every day.
I love nature and enjoy being in the countryside or at the mountains or the sea, because it makes me grounded, clam and happy. Depending where I am, I run, bike, swim, ski and meditate as much as necessary.
