Professional  BiO

Maggie Edwards is an FCCA-qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, business owner, NLP Master Practitioner and founder of UNCIRCLE, a coaching approach focused on human behaviour, thought patterns and conscious decision-making.

Originally from Poland, Maggie has built her life and career across four European countries: Poland, Portugal, Austria and the United Kingdom. She moved abroad at eighteen and became financially independent at twenty, repeatedly building her life from scratch while adapting to new languages, cultures and professional environments.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Vienna University of Economics and Business and has over fifteen years of experience in finance, real estate and corporate environments in London. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and runs her own accountancy practice in England.

Her international experience, professional background and personal journey have shaped her understanding of adaptability, human behaviour and the way our environment influences our thinking, decisions and actions.

Alongside her financial career, Maggie trained in coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, becoming an NLP Master Practitioner. Her interest in the connection between thinking and behaviour led her to develop UNCIRCLE.

Today, she works with professionals, entrepreneurs, coaches and business owners who have the knowledge, experience and ambition to achieve more but find themselves caught in repetitive thinking, indecision or constant changes of direction.

Her work combines analytical thinking, business experience and behavioural coaching to help people recognise unhelpful patterns, gain clarity and turn their ideas into practical action.

Understanding how you think changes how you act and feel.
