Hi, I’m Maggie

At twenty years old, I left Poland with very little money, a suitcase, and a determination to build a different future for myself. I moved to Vienna, learned German from scratch, worked whatever jobs I could find, and completed a degree in International Business while supporting myself along the way. Looking back, those years taught me resilience, independence, and something even more important: life rarely unfolds the way we plan it.

After university, I moved to London and built a career in real estate finance. I qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), ran my own accounting practice, and achieved many of the goals I had worked towards for years. On paper, life looked successful.

Yet underneath the achievements, another question kept appearing:

Is this really the life I want to live?

That question eventually led me to coaching. Not because something was wrong, but because I became fascinated by the moments when people realise they already know the answer.

The promotion they no longer want. The relationship they’ve outgrown. The dream they keep postponing. The part of themselves they’ve stopped listening to.

For the past several years, I’ve worked with people navigating change, uncertainty, career transitions, motherhood, relationships, and the quiet feeling that they’ve lost touch with themselves somewhere along the way. Again and again, I’ve seen that meaningful change rarely starts with having all the answers. It starts with being willing to ask the right questions.

Today, my work is about creating space for those conversations. The ones we often avoid because they’re uncomfortable. The ones that quietly shape the direction of our lives. The ones that help us reconnect with ourselves and hear our own voice more clearly.
